Canada Shipping Rates

We offer tracked shipping methods, so you can see the delivery process in real time. You can opt to receive text notifications on your phone of the progress of your order.

Standard Shipping within Canada is $10.

Standard Shipping Delivery Time within Canada is 4-11 business days. Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances.

Return Policy

Changed your mind or not completely satisfied with your order, simply contact us to arrange a reprint or a store credit, and the return of your unused item within 30 days of the delivery date. Any original packaging received with your print is required with your return. Refunds will only be considered in extreme cases.

Products are made specifically for you upon your order. Therefore, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect Product (individually or collectively, a “defect”), or you are not satisfied with the quality of the Product delivered, you must report it within 14 days after the date you receive the Product by contacting us at [email protected]. You may be asked to provide photographic or other documentary evidence of the existence of the issue for which you make the report.

Returns will not be accepted on damaged items caused after delivery or pick/up of items. I also reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange at any time.

Shipping charges are not refundable for any items returned, unless specifically agreed upon beforehand.
